MARGARET LENORA BRISTOL BAILEY
Wife of Carl Edward Bailey, 31st Governor (1937-1941)

Mrs. Bailey wore an original Kalmour gown purchased at M.M. Cohn: a white halter dress with an empire waist. The full-length dress is fitted through the bodice and the skirt flares into folds from the hipline. White kid gloves with 16 buttons were worn with the dress.
