MABEL WINSTON PARNELL
Wife of Harvey Parnell, 29th Governor (1928-1933)

Mrs. Parnell wore a layered dress of black chiffon with a rounded neckline accented by a yoke of gold and silver beads in a scalloped design. Three bands of gold and silver beads ornament the dress, which has an uneven hem and a heavily ornamented full-length underskirt.
