GAY DANIELS WHITE
Wife of Frank White, 41st Governor (1981-1983)

Gay Daniels wore an original gown designed by Rohn Muse of Little Rock to the Inaugural Ball. The floor-length chemise style gown is made of white georgette and has a band stand-up collar and long, set-in, sheer chiffon sleeves. The collar, cuffs and pinstriped sleeves are accented with glass beads in a criss-cross diamond design. The gown also has diamond-shaped beading on the midriff. The back of the dress has a keyhole slit at the top and some flare which falls into folds has been added at the center.
