Daughters of the American Revolution Room

When the Old State House opened as a museum in 1951, the Daughters of The American Revolution established their "period room" in the old Supreme Court Justices' Chambers in what is now the Learning Center of the museum's education department. When the History Commission departed in 1979, the DAR Room was moved into part of the space that currently houses Pillars of Power. The room was relocated to its present site in the late 1990s.
