First Ladies of Arkansas

Mrs. Eagle's inaugural gown

(Geared toward adults, available at the museum or as an outreach program)

Who are Arkansas's first ladies? What did they do, and why are they so important? This program teaches participants about the wives of Arkansas's governors, many with particular emphasis on the women whose gowns are featured in the "First Ladies' Gowns" exhibit at the Old State House Museum.

See also our "First Ladies'" Gowns exhibit.
